Inspired by the earthen ware and peasant pottery of rural societies, my pottery is handmade and designed or daily use. The unglazed terra cotta exterior gives the user a sense of the material and the thick rims a sturdy appendage to hold onto. The interior of the bowls are glazed with majolica and painted with a constantly changing array pf patterns.
