As a Vermont artist, I am very attached to the land. Painting from nature, animals, both abstract and with pattern and design, gives me plenty of subject matter to paint. (I am presently creating a mural of birch trees and a red tail hawk.) In my work as a mural artist, I have painted on just about every surface imaginable!
Over the last 22 years, I have taught art in various elementary schools and enjoy the interaction and creative process in working with young artists. I also conduct summer art instruction at my home in Fayston, VT. I am the mother of two wonderful daughters who also share my passion for the art world.
